		<description>I don&#039;t disagree with the data, but we may want to consider that the data leads the school goals.  In saying that, perhaps the teachers at &quot;distinguished&quot; schools do not feel the urgency to become more innovative and do not have the drive the &quot;Title I&quot; school teachers have.  I have no doubt the extra personnel help, but that may not be the only factor.

I am glad we are starting to raise the issue of quality of education.  Now that the &quot;efficiency&quot; cuts have been made, we still are $1.1 M short of the goal.  I would much rather see an &quot;ala carte&quot; list of possible cuts and some discussion on how we can reach the goal without further impacting quality education before we head into the opt out.</description>
