Our Rapid City Schools was launched to make it easier for parents and community members to get the information they need about our schools. • How well did Rapid City students do on No Child Left Behind tests (Dakota STEP) in the spring of 2009? • What was the Citizen’s Finance Committee and how can I get a copy of its report? The Citizen’s Finance Committee was convened in the summer of 2008. It included financial and business leaders from the community. They spent about six months studying the District’s income, expenses and goals.
